We sell new and used parts and equipment for a wide range of truck manufacturers, including Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner, Mack, International, Volvo, Western Star, Sterling, Autocar, Ford, and other makes.
Big Rig Parts Hub sells parts and equipment and does not operate as a truck repair shop.

Big Rig Parts Hub ships orders Monday through Friday, except for observed holidays.

Some products may require additional time to prepare for shipment.

12. Return Shipping and Freight
Unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for freight and return shipping costs associated with an approved return.
Original shipping and freight charges are generally non-refundable.
Customers should use a shipping method that provides tracking and delivery confirmation.
Big Rig Parts Hub is not responsible for a returned item that cannot be confirmed as delivered.
13. Damaged Shipments
Customers should inspect shipments upon delivery whenever possible.
If an item appears to have been damaged during transportation, customers should document the damage with photographs and notify Big Rig Parts Hub promptly.
For freight shipments, customers should document visible damage on the delivery receipt when applicable.
Customers should retain the original packaging and shipping materials until the matter has been resolved.
14. Used Parts
Used parts are sold based on the condition and description stated in the applicable product listing.
Used parts may have normal signs of previous use.
Customers should carefully review photographs, descriptions, condition information, and warranty information before purchasing.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, a used part does not include additional components, accessories, hardware, or attachments that are not shown or described as included with the product.
15. As-Is and Final-Sale Products
Certain products may be specifically identified as “As-Is,” “Final Sale,” or “No Warranty.”

Big Rig Parts Hub sells parts and equipment and does not provide truck repair or installation services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are properly installed by a qualified professional when installation is required.
Improper installation, modification, misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow applicable manufacturer instructions may affect return or warranty eligibility.
