Warranty Policy

Big Rig Parts Hub Warranty Policy

At Big Rig Parts Hub, warranty coverage varies by product. Certain new, used, rebuilt, remanufactured, truck, tractor, agricultural, trailer, and heavy equipment parts may carry a specific warranty.

The warranty applicable to a particular product will be identified on the product listing, sales invoice, warranty documentation, or other applicable sales documentation.

Customers should carefully review the warranty information provided with the individual product before purchasing.

Warranty Coverage Period

Warranty coverage begins on the date shown on the original sales invoice, unless a different start date or warranty period is specifically stated in writing.

Any warranty claim or return must be submitted within the applicable warranty or return period. Claims submitted after the applicable period may not be considered.

The original sales invoice must be retained as proof of purchase and may be required when submitting a warranty claim.

Vendor Warranty

Some products may carry a warranty provided by the original manufacturer, supplier, vendor, or other third party.

When a product is covered by a vendor warranty, Big Rig Parts Hub may assist in submitting the claim to the applicable vendor.

Vendor warranty claims are subject to the vendor’s warranty terms, inspection, and approval.

Big Rig Parts Hub does not control the vendor’s claim evaluation or approval process. Vendor evaluations may take time, and any credit, replacement, or other resolution is subject to the applicable vendor’s decision.

Used Parts Warranty

Warranty coverage on used parts varies by product.

Unless a different warranty is specifically stated on the product listing or sales invoice, used parts do not include labor reimbursement.

Used parts must be installed, maintained, and used properly for their intended application.

Warranty coverage may be denied when a failure results from improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, incorrect application, modification, or other excluded circumstances.

First Year

Parts and limited labor may be covered, subject to the applicable warranty terms.

Labor coverage of up to $500 toward removal and replacement (R&R) may apply where specifically stated in the applicable warranty.

Second Year

Parts coverage may continue for the second year.

Labor coverage toward removal and replacement (R&R) is not included during the second year unless specifically stated otherwise.

Repairs performed without required prior authorization may result in denial of the warranty claim.

Customers should contact Big Rig Parts Hub as soon as a potential warranty issue is discovered and before disassembling or repairing the warranted component whenever possible.

Replacement Parts

If a replacement part is approved under warranty, Big Rig Parts Hub may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the original part

  • Supply a replacement part

  • Supply applicable replacement components

  • Pay the applicable cost of covered parts

Replacement parts provided under a warranty are covered only for the remaining portion of the original warranty period, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Warranty Claim Limits

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the maximum liability under a warranty claim will not exceed the original purchase price of the warranted part.

Big Rig Parts Hub is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential expenses or losses arising from a warranted product.

Warranty Refunds

When a refund is approved under a warranty claim, the refund will be issued after the applicable part has been returned and inspected.

Refunds are issued at the discretion of Big Rig Parts Hub according to the applicable warranty terms.

Shipping and freight charges are not reimbursed under warranty claims unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically agreed to in writing.

Core Warranty & Core Eligibility

Some products may include a refundable core charge.

A core charge is a deposit associated with certain rebuildable or re-manufacturable components. The charge encourages the return of the original component so it can potentially be rebuilt, remanufactured, or recycled.

A refundable core may be eligible for a refund when:

  • The core is returned within the applicable core eligibility period.

  • The returned core corresponds to the purchased component.

  • The core is substantially the same type of component.

  • The core is in a rebuildable or otherwise acceptable condition.

  • The core meets the applicable requirements provided by Big Rig Parts Hub.

The applicable core eligibility period will be stated on the invoice, product listing, or other applicable documentation.

Core Returns

Customers should contact Big Rig Parts Hub before returning a core when return authorization is required.

The core should be properly packaged and protected during transportation.

Customers are responsible for return freight charges associated with core returns unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Big Rig Parts Hub may inspect returned cores before issuing a refund.

Core refunds are generally processed within 10–15 business days after receipt and inspection, provided all applicable requirements have been satisfied.

Non-Transferable Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing, warranties provided by Big Rig Parts Hub are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser identified on the applicable sales documentation.

No Additional Warranties

Except where expressly stated in the applicable product warranty or required by applicable law, Big Rig Parts Hub does not provide additional express warranties beyond the warranty specifically stated for the product.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy is intended to exclude or limit any warranty, right, or protection that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Product-Specific Warranty Terms

Because Big Rig Parts Hub sells a wide variety of new, used, rebuilt, and specialized products, the warranty stated on the individual product listing, sales invoice, or written warranty documentation controls when it differs from these general terms.

Customers should always review the warranty information associated with the specific product before completing a purchase.
